Equipment

  • medium glass bowl with lid

Ingredients

OATMEAL

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 Tbs real maple syrup
  • 1 Tbs Shelled Hemp Seed (optional) adds 5 gm protein
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS • add after oatmeal has setup overnight

  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp real maple syrup
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut

Instructions

OATMEAL

  • Add the OATMEAL ingredients into the medium glass bowl in the order listed.
  • Stir to incorporate. Put lid on and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and stir well.
  • If you would like, you may warm up the oatmeal before eating.

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS

  • Add any additional toppings as you see fit. ENJOY!
