- medium glass bowl with lid
Ingredients
OATMEAL
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
- 1 Tbs real maple syrup
- 1 Tbs Shelled Hemp Seed (optional) adds 5 gm protein
- 1/2 cup almond milk
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS • add after oatmeal has setup overnight
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 tsp real maple syrup
- 1 tsp shredded coconut
Instructions
OATMEAL
- Add the OATMEAL ingredients into the medium glass bowl in the order listed.
- Stir to incorporate. Put lid on and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator and stir well.
- If you would like, you may warm up the oatmeal before eating.
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
- Add any additional toppings as you see fit. ENJOY!
