Equipment

  • shaker bottle or jar

Ingredients

  • 16 oz brewed coffee
  • 4 oz almond milk or pure water
  • 2 scoops vanilla vegan protein
  • 1 Tbs unrefined coconut oil
  • 1 Tbs maple syrup / honey / agave / coconut sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • Add the cold almond milk or pure water, vegan protein, and your sweetener of choice into the shaker bottle. 
  • Shake. 
  • Open shaker and add coconut oil and coffee.  Shake again gently as the heat can create pressure in the shaker. 
  • If you want a warm latte it is ready to drink. Optionally, you can add ice if you prefer an iced latte. ENJOY!

Notes

This latte is a great way for hard gainers to add more quality calories, protein and healthy fats to their diet.  If you prefer a less calorie dense version, you may skip the coconut oil and replace the maple syrup with liquid stevia.
