Equipment
- shaker bottle or jar
Ingredients
- 16 oz brewed coffee
- 4 oz almond milk or pure water
- 2 scoops vanilla vegan protein
- 1 Tbs unrefined coconut oil
- 1 Tbs maple syrup / honey / agave / coconut sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Add the cold almond milk or pure water, vegan protein, and your sweetener of choice into the shaker bottle.
- Shake.
- Open shaker and add coconut oil and coffee. Shake again gently as the heat can create pressure in the shaker.
- If you want a warm latte it is ready to drink. Optionally, you can add ice if you prefer an iced latte. ENJOY!
Notes
This latte is a great way for hard gainers to add more quality calories, protein and healthy fats to their diet. If you prefer a less calorie dense version, you may skip the coconut oil and replace the maple syrup with liquid stevia.
