Ingredients
- 3 avocado
- 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 c cacao powder
- 1/2 c real maple syrup
- 1 Tbs pure vanilla
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan sea salt
GARNISH
- fresh blackberries / blueberries optional
Instructions
- Cut the avocado length wise to create 2 pieces.
- Remove the seed from the center and scoop out the insides and add to the high powered blender.
- Set the avocado shells to the side.
- Add all the other ingredients to the blender and blend until creamy.
- Take the creamy pudding in the blender and refill the avocado shells.
- May add cacao nibs to the top if you wish.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. ENJOY!
