Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 avocado
  • 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 c cacao powder
  • 1/2 c real maple syrup
  • 1 Tbs pure vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan sea salt

GARNISH

  • fresh blackberries / blueberries optional

Instructions

  • Cut the avocado length wise to create 2 pieces.
  • Remove the seed from the center and scoop out the insides and add to the high powered blender.
  • Set the avocado shells to the side.
  • Add all the other ingredients to the blender and blend until creamy.
  • Take the creamy pudding in the blender and refill the avocado shells.
  • May add cacao nibs to the top if you wish.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. ENJOY!
