Ingredients
- 1 banana sliced
- 1/2 c frozen blueberries
- 1/2 c walnuts; raw chopped
- 1/2 c pecans; raw
- 1 c coconut; shredded or flakes
- 1/4 c hemp seed; hulled
- 1/4 c sesame seeds; black
- 3 Tbs chia seed
- 2 Tbs goji berries
- 1 Tbs cacao nibs
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1 c almond milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the almond milk.
- Mix until you get the loose ingredients to stick all over the banana slices.
- Pour the almond milk over the top. Enjoy!!
