Equipment

  • dehydrator
  • Vitamix or Blendtec
  • spatula
  • Pizza Cutter

Ingredients

Ingredients - A

  • 3 Tbs real maple syrup
  • 3 c purified water; cold
  • 2 Tbs pure vanilla
  • 2 banana

Ingredients - B

  • 1 c chia seed
  • 1 c flax seeds
  • 2 tsp Himalayan sea salt

Instructions

  • Add Ingredients - A to the high powered blender and run on high until smooth.
  • Add Ingredients - B to the blender and pulse a few times to incorporate.
  • Pour over dehydrator sheets.
  • Dehydrate at 110° for 5 hours. Run longer if consistency requires.
  • Use the pizza cutter to create the shapes of crackers you want. ENJOY!
