
RAW Banana Crunch Crackers

- Vitamix or Blendtec
- spatula
- Pizza Cutter
Ingredients
Ingredients - A
- 3 Tbs real maple syrup
- 3 c purified water; cold
- 2 Tbs pure vanilla
- 2 banana
Ingredients - B
- 1 c chia seed
- 1 c flax seeds
- 2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
Instructions
- Add Ingredients - A to the high powered blender and run on high until smooth.
- Add Ingredients - B to the blender and pulse a few times to incorporate.
- Pour over dehydrator sheets.
- Dehydrate at 110° for 5 hours. Run longer if consistency requires.
- Use the pizza cutter to create the shapes of crackers you want. ENJOY!
